HOW TO JOIN
1. Raffle is open to all Segway-Ninebot customers who are 18 y/o and above.
2. Customer must purchase any Segway-Ninebot participating products from any of our participating stores nationwide to obtain a raffle entry. The more Segway-Ninebot participating products bought, the more chances of winning!
3. Promo period is from December 10, 2020 to April 26, 2021.
HOW TO SEND AN ENTRY
1. Customer must scan the QR code above.
2. Fill out all the fields required in the form such as Complete Name, Address, Email Address and Contact Number. In the same page, upload a clear photo of the official receipt of the product(s) purchased.
3. Simply Moving Philippines Inc. will confirm the receipt of your raffle entry via email within 24 hours.
4. Deadline of submission of entries would be by February 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM and April 26, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Submission beyond the abovementioned date and time will not be considered.
1. To give way for the collection of entries, grand raffle draw will be three (3) days after the promo period ended.
2. The raffle draw representatives, composed of duly authorized representative from Simply Moving Philippines Inc., with the presence of a DTI representative, will supervise the drawing of winners via online random picker through Facebook Live of Simply Moving Philippines Inc.’s official account. Decisions by the raffle draw representatives are final with concurrence to DTI.
3. Raffle draw dates:
• February 25, 2021 - five (5) units of Segway-Ninebot E8 Blue & five (5) units of Segway-Ninebot E10;
• April 30, 2021 - five (5) units of Segway-Ninebot E8 Pink, five (5) units Segway-Ninebot E10, one (1) unit of Segway Drift W1 & consolation prizes.
4. The participants may win up to three (3) times only.
• 10 units of Segway-Ninebot E8 for kids (5 Blue, 5 Pink)
• 10 units of Segway-Ninebot E10 for teens
• One (1) unit Segway-Ninebot of Drift W1
• 10 pieces of Segway-Ninebot USB flash drive
• 11 pieces of Segway-Ninebot baseball cap
HOW TO REDEEM PRIZES
1. The winners must present two (2) valid ID's, proof of purchase and email confirmation of your raffle entry from SMPI.
2. All prizes shall only be claimed in Simply Moving Philippines Inc. (SMPI) Head Office located at 1232 UN Ave. Paco Manila. If the winner’s location is not accessible to SMPI’s Head Office, he/she may opt to arrange a delivery of the prize(s) via courier at his/her own expense and shall send a receiving proof/documentation to SMPI afterwards.
3. All prizes are not transferable nor convertible into cash and cannot be exchanged with other products.
TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Participant must be 18 y/o and above. Two (2) valid IDs and the proof of purchase shall be presented when claiming the prize and should match the details in the raffle entry.
2. Winners will be notified via registered mail.
3. The claiming of grand and consolation prizes is up to 60 days upon receipt of notification. Claiming at SMPI Head Office is from Monday-Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm only. Failure to claim within the abovementioned period will result to forfeiture of the corresponding prize.
4. Employees and their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join the promo.
5. Simply Moving Philippines Inc. deserves the right to revise the mechanics, timelines and other details with prior approval of DTI.
6. Participation in the raffle means that the participant have read and understood above terms and conditions.
7. Simply Moving Philippines Inc. will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes above PHP 10,000.
