The undersigned applicant ("Applicant") submits this Application to Simply Moving Philippines Inc. (All non-public information about Applicant provided on this Application shall be held in confidence by Simply Moving Philippines, Inc.)

Basic Requirements:

1. Must have at least 2 Active Online Shops (Ex. Lazada, Shopee, FB Market Place).
2. Must have own bank account.
3. Must be active in marketing the product in any ways.
4. Must attend the webinar or orientation about the product.
